Sundance appears to provide their own web site. With what appears to be a limited set of links pertaining to Municipal Codes. It doesn't seem to be complete. These are mostly links to PDF files of the City Codes. There's no index or search function, so you'll want to ensure you're reading through all pertinent areas and maybe explore further for sections not linked.
I find no mention of bees or hives in the 'Nuisance Ordinance'. But, the ordinance is written broadly and generally enough it'd be fairly trivial for the city council to declare almost anything a "nuisance". As well, neither the word 'bees' nor 'hives' appear in the Zoning section.
I'd suggest checking this out yourself at town hall, but it appears there are no specific prohibitions.
